Further information
What is a subcommittee?
A place for people interested in a specific field such as art, literature, sports and entertainment, history and culture, politics, minority rights, etc. to come together and turn suggestions into Iranva projects.
What is the duty of the subcommittee?
Discussing and exchanging opinions on subcommittee issues, presenting a "plan" for IranWA's activities and cooperating with IranWA's board of directors to make decisions on subcommittee issues.
From proposal to project
The members of the subcommittee exchange opinions on issues related to the subcommittee's topic in various meetings and specify them in the form of a "plan" (in a specific format of the purpose, characteristics, prerequisites and results) and send them to the IranWA Board of Directors.
Among the plans of a subcommittee and according to IranWA's calendar and the discretion of the board of directors, one or a number of these plans are approved in the majority of the "project" and a person from the subcommittee is appointed as the project manager in consultation with the members of the subcommittee and the board of directors.
The project manager can take help or advice from the subcommittee members to implement the plan and inform the subcommittee about the details of the project implementation and explain about its progress in the subcommittee meetings.
Information about the structure and management of subcommittees will be announced and explained in the meetings of each subcommittee.
If you have any questions, contact us through IranWA's communication channels.
