About the Event
IranWA is proud to host a community conversation on Care, Family, and Planning for the Future, bringing Iranian community members together to learn, share, and support one another.
This session aims to create a friendly and open space where we can explore what palliative care means in Australia — how it can provide comfort and support to individuals and families when faced with serious illness or major care needs. Together, we will discuss what matters most to us when it comes to care, dignity, and family decisions.
Our goal is to strengthen awareness and confidence within the Iranian community in Western Australia by sharing reliable information and listening to cultural values and personal experiences. Through open dialogue, we hope to encourage understanding, reduce confusion or fear, and help families feel more prepared when support is needed.
All Iranian community members are warmly welcome to join.
